Key Responsibilities:

Operate and control

concrete pumping equipment

(stationary pump, boom pump, trailer pump) safely and efficiently. Position the boom and delivery lines accurately to ensure concrete is placed at the correct location. Carry out pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Monitor the flow of concrete and adjust pump settings based on site requirements. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and concrete truck drivers during pouring operations. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of pumps and pipelines. Troubleshoot blockages, pressure issues, and line problems during pumping operations. Comply with safety standards and ensure all operations follow site protocols. Keep daily logs and maintenance records of pump equipment.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

boom operations, hydraulics, and pump configurations

. Ability to read site instructions and follow concrete mix requirements. Good physical strength to handle pipes and hoses. Knowledge of safe working practices and emergency procedures. Capable of identifying mechanical or hydraulic issues early.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Pump Operator. Valid operating license (as required by local regulations). Experience with major pump brands (Schwing, Putzmeister, Sany, etc.) preferred. Should be able to work in hot weather and physically demanding environments. Ability to work in shifts and overtime when required.
