Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all concrete-related activities on site including formwork, reinforcement, mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing.

Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Ensure proper use of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient productivity.

Check formwork, reinforcement, and shuttering before concrete pouring to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

Monitor quality of concrete mix, placement, compaction, and finishing.

Maintain site records of manpower, materials, and progress reports.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, and Quality team for smooth execution of work.

Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and company policies.

Train and guide workers for effective execution of concrete works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
