Join a Finnish precast concrete factory as a Concrete Element Assembler!

Assemble precast elements (walls, balconies, facades) in modern, safe, heated production halls Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints Place and secure steel reinforcement accurately Use hand and power tools for factory assembly Maintain high quality standards

Requirements:

Experience in precast concrete, assembly, reinforcement, or similar factory work Ability to read technical drawings Physically fit and reliable Basic English for workplace communication

Salary & Benefits:

EUR16-EUR16.50/hour (approx. ?2,20,000-2,40,000/month) 2 shifts, 8 hours/day

Accommodation arranged:

Private/shared, EUR350-400/month (deducted from salary, no deposit)

No recruitment or placement fees

Full support with residence permit application, onboarding, tax & bank registration Potential reimbursement for visa/flight costs after 3-6 months of service

Candidate Covers:

Flight ticket to Finland Residence permit fee (EUR590)
