Job Description

Proficiency in using BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, ACC & BIM 360.

o

Experience in creating detailed structural models, including beams, columns, walls, slabs, foundations, staircases, and other structural elements.

o

Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural design and modeling.

o

Candidate should have a minimum of 5 - 10 years of industry experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Revit Structures

o

Should have sound knowledge of both concrete and structural steel

o

Candidate should be well familiar with the Structural rebar detailing of all the structural elements.

o

Capable of handling live projects independently and coordinating among other disciplines like Architecture, MEP, Facade, etc...

o

Candidate should be aware of the LODs and other BIM-related standards

Skills:

o

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

o

Excellent spatial awareness and ability to visualize complex structural systems in three dimensions.

o

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and coordinated BIM models.

o

Effective communication skills for collaborating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

o

Problem-solving skills to address design conflicts and coordination issues within the BIM environment.

o

Knowledge of parametric modeling techniques and best practices for creating intelligent BIM objects.

o

Should have the ability to take the clash detection among the various disciplines and to generate the report /summary of the findings.

o

Ensure the QA / QC procedures as per the organization's standards.

Note: Should know Dynamo software and other Add-ins/plugins is an added advantage for the candidate who meets all the above-mentioned requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
