Key Responsibilities:
Assist with Inquiries: Address guest or resident inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding services, accommodations, and facilities.
Arrange Reservations & Services: Coordinate and confirm reservations for restaurants, events, and special services (e.g., spa appointments, tours, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for guests or residents.
Handle Guest Requests & Issues: Proactively manage and resolve guest or resident requests, issues, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
Provide Local Information & Recommendations: Offer guests or residents insightful recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, entertainment options, and services to enhance their experience.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, GR) to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of guest or resident requests, and to maintain high service standards.
Vendor Management & Record-Keeping: Maintain and manage vendor relationships, including tracking and keeping records of commission invoices related to services and reservations.
Resolve Complaints & Concerns: Address any complaints or concerns with professionalism and work toward effective solutions to ensure guest or resident satisfaction.
Coordinate Transportation Arrangements: Assist guests or residents in booking taxis, ride-sharing services, and rental cars to meet their transportation needs.
Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall guest or resident experience.
