Responsible for overseeing all front-of-house hospitality, resident services, and concierge operations. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, smooth daily operations, and a premium living experience for all residents and guests.
Oversee daily concierge desk operations and ensure consistent high-quality service.
Manage resident inquiries, requests, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of service requests, deliveries, bookings, and visitor approvals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding amenities, events, and services.
Coordinate reservations for community amenities (lounges, meeting rooms, facilities, etc.).
Organize and support community events, gatherings, and wellness programs.
Build strong, positive relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
Oversee visitor management and access control procedures. Collaborate with security teams to ensure resident safety and building integrity.
Handle emergency procedures professionally and calmly.
