Coordinate with cinema schedules to manage food preparation and rush-hour staffing.

Monitor daily stock of food, beverages, and packaging material.
Forecast demand during weekends, festivals, and blockbuster releases.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment without overstocking.

Team Supervision
Hire and train counter staff, cashiers, and food prep team.
Monitor performance, grooming standards, and customer interaction.
Schedule shifts according to show timings and crowd flow.
4.
Customer Service
Ensure quick and courteous service at all counters.
Handle complaints or service issues promptly.
Train staff on upselling combos and promotional items.
5.
Compliance & Hygiene
Maintain hygiene standards as per FSSAI or local health regulations.
Conduct daily outlet cleaning checks.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and disposal practices.

Sales & Promotions
Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to increase revenue (e.g., combo offers, limited-time snacks).
Coordinate with marketing for food-related campaigns or movie-themed offerings.
Track top-selling items and customer preferences.

Cash & Billing Control
Oversee POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Ensure all sales are properly recorded and reconciled.
Prevent pilferage or misuse of discounts/offers.
