Respond to travel enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Sell domestic and international tour packages based on client requirements
Convert leads into confirmed bookings to meet monthly targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visas, flights, and itineraries
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support
Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads consistently
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of travel plans.
