Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Concept Designer to develop innovative product

concepts and design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aesthetics,

materials, and market trends to create compelling and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and visualize innovative product concepts from ideation to execution.


Create sketches, line drawings and 2D/3D models to communicate design ideas effectively.


Collaborate with the engineering, VM and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and market

alignment.


Conduct trend research, material exploration, and competitor analysis to drive design strategy.


Ensure designs align with brand identity, user needs, and technical requirements.


Present concepts and design rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.


Work closely with factory and suppliers/vendors for prototyping and production feasibility.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.


Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, or similar.


Strong sketching, visualization, and 2D modelling skills.


Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.


Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Proven experience of working on Wood Furniture.


Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role


Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software


Have very strong knowledge of Auto CAD 2d & 3D


Good math skills.


Ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
