Position:

Concept Designer - Luxury Interiors & Commercial office.

Role Overview:

The Concept Designer will be a team lead handling junior designers for the creation of innovative and sophisticated design ideas for high-end residential and commercial interiors. The role focuses on translating client briefs into compelling visual concepts, ensuring a balance of aesthetics, functionality, and luxury standards. The designer will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to define the creative direction of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for concept execution. Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams. Ensure concepts align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. Support documentation of design concepts, specifications, and boards.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving for luxury interiors. Deep understanding of materials, textures, finishes, and furniture for premium interiors. Ability to create compelling mood boards, layouts, and presentations. Strong sense of spatial planning, proportions, and aesthetics. Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary luxury design trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Candidate should have good exposure, well travelled and have experience dealing with High network individuals and high value projects Experience in lighting design, or high-end art curation. Understanding of sustainable design practices and luxury specifications. Exposure to both residential and commercial high-end projects.
