About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile

Concept Designer

with strong design skills to join our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute original design concepts for a wide range of projects. Design materials including (but not limited to) books, educational products, promotional content, and multi-industry visual content. Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand project goals and deliver compelling design solutions. Adapt designs across various formats and platforms while maintaining consistency and quality. Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in concept design, graphic design, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical proficiency. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for Educational or Publishing Industries. Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
