Job Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Concept Designer to join our retail design agency. As a Concept Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and strategies that align with the clients brand and business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, project managers, and production teams, to ensure that all design concepts are executed with excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute design concepts for retail spaces, including window displays, pop-up shops, and store layouts Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand identity to inform design decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design concepts align with client goals and project requirements Create detailed sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into design iterations Develop design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across multiple retail locations Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies Requirements Bachelors degree in design, visual arts, or a related field Proven experience as a Concept Designer, preferably in a retail design agency or similar environment Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of industry trends and emerging design technologies Key Skill - Should from retail design agency & Hands on experience of concept design and client brief
