Role Summary
The Concept Designer (3D) will be responsible for creating visually stunning and technically accurate 3D event concepts for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, annual days, award shows, and brand activations. The role requires strong creativity, an understanding of event fabrication, and the ability to convert client briefs into high-impact designs.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Ideation
Develop creative 3D concepts for stages, booths, ambiance setups, installations, and overall event environment.
Interpret client briefs and propose fresh, brand-aligned concepts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative, sales, and production teams.
3D Visualization
Create high-quality 3D renders, models, and walkthroughs.
Present the overall event look and feel including lighting, textures, and materials.
Technical & Production Coordination
Prepare technical drawings, dimension plans, and fabrication guidelines.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure the design is practical and executable.
Make revisions based on client and internal feedback.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Sales, Client Servicing, Production, and Content teams.
Deliver concepts within deadlines during pitches and ongoing projects.
Support client presentations when required.
