Evaluation and Reporting
? Assist in periodic student evaluations and prepare short reports on learning outcomes and improvements.
? Use basic digital tools or apps to document and analyse student progress.
Professional Development
? Willingness to undergo training on neurodiversity, inclusive teaching methods, and assistive technology tools.
? Attend workshops and staff meetings as part of continued learning and team collaboration.
Flexible Teaching Approach
? Use multi-modal instructional strategies (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to engage learners with diverse needs.
? Provide one-on-one as well as group training based on student needs.
Soft Skills Focus
? Incorporate basic digital etiquette, teamwork, and time management in the training sessions where applicable.
? Encourage problem-solving and independent tech use to build student confidence.
Technology Exposure
? Introduce learners to real-world tools like email writing, online forms, basic troubleshooting, and digital file management.
? Facilitate exposure to online platforms used for remote learning, job skills training, or digital creativity (e.g., Canva, Scratch, Zoom, etc.).
Employment Readiness Support
? Support in building tech-based skills aligned with future job roles like data entry, office assistant, or digital marketing intern (as per student ability).
? Collaborate on mock interviews or job-readiness modules involving tech use.
Required Qualifications
? Any degree background with computer skills.
? Bachelor's/Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or BCA/MCA in computer science or a related field.
? Experience in computer training or teaching.
? Passionate to work with adults with diverse learning abilities
? Good communication skills and a learner-centered approach.
