Key Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Create new algorithms, enhance existing models, and explore Client AI applications.
- Solution Engineering: Build production-ready AI/ML pipelines using cloud and on-prem platforms.
- Innovation Leadership: Apply GenAI models to real-world problems across industries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Responsible AI teams, delivery leads, and academic partners.
- Applications: Drive AI adoption in digital assistants, healthcare agents, enterprise automation, and intelligent systems.
- Thought Leadership: Publish in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to global AI research.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop the next generation of AI talent.
Must-Have Skills
- Computer Vision (core expertise).
- Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Image Processing.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience with Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI pipelines.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to Speech Processing, NLP, Multimodal AI.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI systems (autonomous, goal-driven intelligent systems).
- Experience in enterprise-scale AI deployments.
