APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Skill and Excellence, Kattappana is inviting applications for the position of Computer Trainer cum Administrator. We are looking for a committed and dynamic individual who can handle both training responsibilities and administrative functions and development of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct computer training sessions for students and beneficiaries
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
Support centre operations, documentation, and coordination activities
Assist in centre development initiatives and skill development programmes
Maintain student records, training reports, and office administration
Ensure a positive learning environment and guide learners effectively
Coordinate with management, trainers, and stakeholders as required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree with strong computer knowledge
Good teaching and training skills
Communication and student-handling skills
Ability to support centre development and training activities
Prior experience in training/educational institutions preferred
Freshers with the right skills and passion are also welcome
Preferred Competencies:
Aministrative skills
Interest in community development and skilling initiatives
Ability to manage training schedules and centre operations
Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 15000 Fixed, Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary.
Experience: Prior experience in educational institutions preferred; Freshers may also apply.
