Assemble, install, and configure desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
Diagnose and repair faults in computers, printers, and networking devices.
Replace or upgrade defective components (RAM, HDD, SMPS, motherboard, etc.).
Install and configure operating systems and necessary software.
Set up LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Maintain service records, repair logs, and customer feedback reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and service partners for parts replacement.
Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
Deliver on-site service when required and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
Diploma in Computer Hardware / IT / Electronics
or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of
computer hardware, peripherals, and networking basics
.
Familiarity with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of software and driver installation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
