Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Teacher to join our ICSE curriculum-based school, responsible for teaching students of Classes 9 to 12. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science concepts, programming languages, and digital technologies, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons in accordance with the ICSE syllabus for Computer Applications and Computer Science. Teach programming languages such as Java (as per ICSE curriculum), Python, and basic web technologies. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with curriculum standards. Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab, ensuring students gain hands-on experience. Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom and lab. Stay updated with the latest developments in technology and education methodologies. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning sessions. Support students in preparing for board examinations and competitive assessments

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. B.Ed. qualification . Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in an ICSE school. Proficiency in Java and other relevant programming languages. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students to develop interest in technology. Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular school hours.
