Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Computer Teacher to join our ICSE school faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of computer science concepts and experience in teaching the ICSE curriculum from Grades 6 to 10. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for ICSE board examinations, and promoting digital literacy across all grades.

Teach computer applications, programming languages (Python, Java, Scratch, etc.), and digital literacy to students in accordance with the ICSE syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and tests aligned with the curriculum. Use modern teaching aids (smart boards, online tools, etc.) to enhance classroom instruction. Evaluate students' performance through tests, projects, and practical exams. Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and submit reports as required. Guide students in computer lab sessions, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. Stay current with technological advancements and incorporate them into teaching methodologies. Prepare students for the ICSE practical and theory examinations. Participate in school events, workshops, and faculty meetings. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate technology into other subject areas.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications. B.Ed (optional) Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in an ICSE school. Strong command of programming languages and ICSE computer syllabus. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Familiarity with educational tools, Google Classroom, and basic multimedia software.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
