BACKGROUND
The Hans Foundation, established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust that works for the improvement of quality of life for underprivileged communities across India through Health, Education, Livelihood and Disability sector interventions. THF undertakes direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing funding support to not-for-profit organisations in India through its donor \xe2\x80\x93 RIST, USA. THF\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic planning focuses on key areas of its work with the aim of addressing the key issues of poverty alleviation, economic inequalities, and 360\xc2\xb0 impact on the quality of life through social development programs. THF\xe2\x80\x99s programs are majorly implemented in the most rural and under-developed areas in the country. Over the years, THF has expanded its charitable activities in collaboration with State and Central Governments, institutions, corporates, academia, and non-government organizations for sustainable interventions to achieve scale and economy. The interventions implemented by the foundation range from grass root level to national level programs.

About Project: HANS NAYI DISHA is a school for children from marginalized communities (NGO). We offer admission to children between the ages of 5 and 13, for classes KG to 5. We follow the NCERT curriculum and prepare children for NIOS exams, and/or admission to other mainstream schools.

JOB PURPOSE
Promote computer literacy among our students and any other individual who is keep to learn computers. You will be required to craft and present lessons, develop teaching material, and attend parent-teacher meetings. Computer teachers should also ensure that equipment remains in excellent working condition. To ensure success as a computer teacher, you should demonstrate flexibility and support as you help students to develop confidence in their computer skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students\' acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.
• Instructing in a manner that develops students\' confidence in their abilities.
• Observing and managing classroom dynamics.
• Invigilating and grading projects, quizzes, and examinations.
• Tracking and communicating students\' advancement throughout the course.
• Ensuring that the computer laboratory remains free from food and drink at all times.
• Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.
• Coordinating with computer supplier for any maintenance requirements
• Attending parent-teacher and teacher meetings

Other Indicative Requirements
Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
• Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications etc.)
• Teaching certification for the level at which you will be instructing.
• At least 2 years prior experience
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong written and administrative skills.
• Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
• Passionate about fostering computer literacy and academic excellence.
• In depth knowledge of MS OFFICE
