LAN Configuration:
Assist in setting up and configuring local area networks (LAN) for clients or internal use. Ensure network devices (routers, switches, etc.) are properly configured and working efficiently.
Camera Installation:
Help with the installation and setup of security cameras, ensuring proper functioning and network connectivity.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Respond to support tickets, emails, or phone calls for technical assistance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, hardware, and software.
Customer Support:
Interact with end-users to understand their technical problems and provide effective solutions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
System Updates & Maintenance:
Assist with software updates, virus scans, and other maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
