Job Title: Laptop and Desktop Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Configuration:

Install and set up computer hardware, network components, and peripherals to meet specific user and organizational needs.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

Perform routine maintenance, conduct hardware and network audits, and implement hardware upgrades and replacements as necessary.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to computer hardware and network systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring functionality.

Network Optimization:

Configure and optimize network systems, including LAN/WAN, for performance and security.

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on hardware and network-related issues.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Laptop and Desktop hardware components, network systems (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), network security, and troubleshooting techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
