Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer / IT Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a

Computer Engineer / IT Technician

who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and hands-on repair work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware and software components

for our clients -- both remotely and through on-site visits.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations for our customers and contribute directly to the quality service that defines

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows installation, driver updates, etc.). Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, motherboard, etc.). Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients. Deliver and set up repaired systems at client locations. Install and configure networking equipment, printers, and basic CCTV systems (preferred). Document all service activities, including issue resolution and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for service tickets and client communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong understanding of desktop, laptop, and peripheral components. Ability to install and troubleshoot Windows OS and basic software applications. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi configuration, IP setup). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be comfortable traveling to client sites within Delhi/NCR. Valid two-wheeler license (preferred).
