The Omnichannel Engineering Team builds and manages the core platform that powers seamless customer-support interactions across all communication channels -- including chat, phone, email, and social. The team ensures reliability, scalability, and intelligent routing of conversations while integrating advanced analytics and AI to enhance both customer and agent experiences. They serve as the backbone of the organization's global call center operations, enabling consistent, connected, and efficient support journeys.



What you'll do

Develop components and services for Omnichannel Platform.

Develop high-performance, reliable, testable, well documented and maintainable code.

Develop, test and deploy your own code.

Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.

Grow with the support of your team and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you.

Engage with customers to identify problems, test ideas, and refine workflows

Work cross functionally with teams across Adobe, in different geographies.



What you need to succeed

7-10 years of experience with full stack software development using Front End technologies like: React JS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript , React Spectrum.

Backend like:

Node JS, Rest API

Databases:

dynamo DB, Mongo DB

DevOps:

AWS, Kubernetes, Docker etc .

Hands-on experience in designing & developing complex, large scale microservices and RESTful APIs for real time responsive applications.

Knowledge of Reactive programming (Akka/Play, Spring Web Flux), web socket programming .

Solid foundation in software engineering process and standard methodologies ( unit testing, build automation, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub )

Excellent communication, problem solving, relationship building skills and a strong teammate.

Ability to contribute anywhere in the stack and wear different hats.

Ability to develop robust, efficient, high-quality code.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques.



Education :

Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study, and 7 or more years previous experience in similar profile/domain.
