Computer Science Teacher (Grades 6-10)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Computer Science to students in Grades 6 to 10 Deliver engaging lessons in theory and practicals, covering topics such as algorithms, basic programming (Python/Java), computer applications, and IT concepts. Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids Conduct lab sessions and projects to develop students' computational thinking and problem-solving skills. Create and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects to assess learning outcomes. Maintain an organized and safe computer lab environment. Support students in preparing for assessments and tech-related events or competitions. Collaborate with faculty and attend school meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience Experience teaching programming languages (preferably Python or Java). Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to incorporate technology and e-learning tools into classroom instruction. Creative approach to teaching that fosters curiosity and independent learning. Experience mentoring students in coding or computer-related competitions is a plus.
