We are hiring an experienced and mature educator to join our core academic team at Eleven Ace. As one of the top five members shaping the foundation of our business, you will play a critical role in setting the standard for quality, innovation, and student outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in Coding / Python / Computer Science, combined with strong capability in Mathematics and 11 Plus preparation. In addition, you will be supported to grow into public speaking facilitation and the introduction of Artificial Intelligence concepts for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

You will be taking classes for Children up to Age 17 Conduct engaging online tutoring sessions in Python, Coding, Computer Science, and Mathematics (including 11 Plus curriculum). Creating Couses and Lesson plans Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons in fluent English with video on at all times. Mentor and academically guide students, ensuring strong progress and exam readiness. Take ownership of academic leadership and coordination responsibilities, including lesson planning, mentoring peers, and setting quality standards. Conduct Webinars and demos Connect with parents, collect feedback and improve on the process Facilitate group webinars of up to 50 students and parents. Deliver basic public speaking and confidence-building sessions for children. Introduce students to AI tools and concepts in a simple, engaging manner. Participate in promotional and recorded sessions aligned with Eleven Ace's brand.

Requirements

Mature professionals only - this role is not suitable for students or recent graduates. Minimum 2-3 years of proven tutoring/teaching experience (online preferred). Excellent spoken English with an international accent; must be clear, fluent, and parent-facing. Strong written English skills and confident on-camera presence. Proficiency in MS tools, online teaching platforms, and comfort with modern technology. Ability to work evening/night hours (7:00 PM - 1:30 AM IST). Hours will vary based on growth.

Students or recent graduates seeking part-time income. Tutors seeking short-term work or lacking long-term commitment. Candidates uncomfortable with video-based teaching or public-facing webinars. Tutors relying only on rote or exam-cramming methods; we require interactive, innovative educators.
