Job Description

We're a higher education college in Sector-62 Noida seeking an enthusiastic and experienced CS & IT faculty member to teach and mentor students in our IT programs like BCA & MCA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials in IT-related subjects.
- Course Development: Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, including career guidance, academic advising and project mentoring.
- Research: Engage in research and publication activities in IT-related areas.
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, and participate in departmental activities.

Requirements:

- Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Teaching experience preferred, industry experience also considered.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts, including programming, networking, databases, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
