IDBI Intech Ltd. is looking for dynamic and passionate fresh graduates to join our software development team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, develop, and grow within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) technology domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, coding, testing, and maintenance of Java / PL/SQL / .NET -based applications. Work with senior developers and project leads to understand requirements and implement solutions. Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving existing applications. Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code following coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Learn and apply new technologies and frameworks relevant to the project.

Skills Required:

Good understanding of Core Java (OOPs concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, etc.) Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and Spring Framework is an added advantage Familiarity with SQL / PL-SQL and database concepts (Oracle / MySQL preferred) Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be a plus

Soft Skills:

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.+ Good communication and teamwork skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Additional Details:

Training: Candidates will undergo project and domain training before deployment.+ Bond: May apply as per company policy. + Shift: Regular working hours.
+ Location: Office-based (CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai)

Eligibility Criteria:

Recent graduates (2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred).+ Minimum 60% aggregate in academics. + Strong in programming fundamentals and logical reasoning.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT) / BCA / MCA - Computer Science or Information Technology
