Part-Time Computer Science Faculty - PUC (State Board)

Location:

Sri EDU Foundation, Jayanagar, Bangalore

Employment Type:

Experience Required:

1-2 Years (in both

theory and practical classes

for PUC level)

Educational Qualification:

MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science / B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology

B.Ed.

is preferred (but not mandatory for part-time) Prior experience teaching

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver

theory sessions

on core Computer Science topics such as: Fundamentals of Computers Programming in C/C++ Data Structures Operating Systems Computer Networks Database Management Conduct

practical lab sessions

, guiding students on coding practices and program execution. Plan and deliver

lessons as per the Karnataka PUC syllabus

using structured teaching methods. Assist students with

practical records

, viva preparation, and lab assessments. Evaluate student performance through

tests, assignments, internal exams

, and lab work. Offer

individual doubt-clearing sessions

and provide academic guidance and mentorship. Maintain up-to-date

academic records and documentation

. Coordinate with academic heads for

curriculum planning and exam preparations

. Participate in

faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic events

.

Skills Required:

Strong subject knowledge in programming and PUC-level computer science topics. Proficiency in C, C++, and other relevant programming languages. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner. Practical knowledge of conducting labs and evaluating practical exams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Classroom management and student engagement capability. Passion for teaching and mentoring students at the pre-university level.

Based on academic schedule on Wednesday and Saturday Only Faculty should be available for
