Assistant Professor - Computer Science & Engineering

. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, curriculum development, student mentoring, academic administration, and research activities. This is a

full-time onsite position

at the Vadodara campus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom lectures, practical sessions, and lab courses in Computer Science. Design, update, and implement curriculum aligned with industry and academic standards. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and e-learning content. Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, projects, and assessments. Mentor and guide students in academics, projects, and career development. Participate in examination duties such as paper setting, invigilation, and evaluation. Contribute to departmental and university-level academic and administrative activities. Engage in research, publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs. Support industry interaction, internships, and academic collaborations.

Mandatory Educational Qualification:

B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering

M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering

Degrees must be from a recognized university/institution Minimum

55% marks

in M.Tech (or equivalent as per norms)

Mandatory Experience Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Professor

in

Computer Science & Engineering

Experience must be in the

same field (CSE)

Teaching experience at UG/PG level is mandatory

Preferred Specializations:

Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Data Science Cyber Security Internet of Things (IoT)

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of core Computer Science subjects Programming skills (Python / Java / C / C++) Curriculum development & Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Student mentoring and academic assessment Excellent communication and presentation skills Time management and teamwork
