Job Description

A Computer Sales Representative sells computer hardware, software, and related services by understanding customer needs, providing technical information, and closing deals, all while staying updated on industry trends and achieving sales quotas. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, demonstrating product features, negotiating contracts, managing a sales pipeline, and providing post-sale support. Key Responsibilities

Customer Needs Analysis:

Identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate computer hardware, software, and services.

Technical Expertise:

Providing detailed information on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.

Sales & Product Promotion:

Developing and executing sales strategies, organizing sales visits, and conducting product demonstrations.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, managing a sales pipeline, and encouraging repeat business.

Sales Closing:

Negotiating prices, handling inquiries, and closing deals to meet sales targets and commission goals.

Market Awareness:

Staying informed about the latest technology trends, market dynamics, and new products.

After-Sales Support:

Offering technical advice, resolving post-purchase issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Effectively communicating technical information and building rapport with diverse clients.

Technical Knowledge:
