Computer Operator / Data Entry

to manage day-to-day computer and office operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

MS Office, MS Excel, data entry, and email management

, along with good communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and update

documents, reports, and spreadsheets

using MS Word and MS Excel. Handle

official email communication

and maintain proper digital records. Perform

data entry, data verification, and record management

with accuracy. Conduct

internet research

and assist in online coordination tasks. Support office staff with

computer and administrative work

. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in data handling and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fast and accurate

typing speed

Knowledge of

email writing and professional communication

Basic understanding of

internet browsing and research tools

Experience:

Prior experience as a

Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Office Assistant

is preferred, but
