JOB SUMMARY:

We are Looking for Shift In charge in an Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) manufacturing environment is primarily who is responsible for overseeing all production activities during their assigned shift, ensuring safety compliance, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management:

Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets. This includes supervising machine operations (such as the lamination or coating lines specific to ACP production), coordinating die/tool changes, and ensuring the production schedule is maintained.

Quality Control:

Ensure all products conform to company quality standards (e.g., specific alloy requirements, paint quality tests like DFT, Gloss, DeltaE, Reverse Impact, T-bend, and other relevant industry specifications). Conduct in-process and final inspections and minimize rejection rates and waste.

Team Leadership and Management:

Supervise, lead, and manage a team of production workers and operators, including task allocation, performance monitoring, training, and providing support. Foster a positive work environment and address conflicts constructively.

Safety and Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections, report near-miss accidents, and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Maintenance Coordination:

Monitor the functionality of all machinery and equipment and coordinate with the maintenance teams for timely preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

Problem-Solving and Process Improvement:

Identify process deviations, troubleshoot production issues effectively, and implement corrective actions. Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency (e.g., through Kaizen initiatives).

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit detailed, accurate shift reports, production logs, and documentation related to production performance, material consumption, and incidents to management. Use manufacturing software and tools for data entry and analysis.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (aluminium coils, core material, paints, etc.) and coordinate with the supply chain and stores departments to ensure adequate availability and efficient use of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Graduation student who is completed BCA or BCS degree .

Experience:

Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a relevant industry like aluminium processing or composite panel production.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of production processes, machinery operation, quality control principles, and safety regulations specific to ACP manufacturing.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, team management, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential.

Computer Literacy:

Basic computer application knowledge, and often familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software for reporting and inventory management, is required.
