Roles and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with software and hardware Maintaining systems: Installing and maintaining a company's computer systems and networks Monitoring: Observing hardware performance, software applications, and network connectivity Data management: Entering, processing, and retrieving data, and ensuring it's accurate, up-to-date, and secure Technical support: Answering user questions and requests Inventory: Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software Backups: Performing data backups to ensure safe storage Documentation: Making changes to documentation as needed Incident logs: Maintaining logs of any issues that arise Ensure the security and privacy of the system for our clients .
Should have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles. Should have experience in a computer-based role and be familiar with basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office, and Windows

Education Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Exp-Fresher or 1 year exp

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
