Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Computer Operator

with good knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and basic computer applications. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, maintaining records, generating reports, and ensuring smooth computer operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform data entry and update databases accurately. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports. Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Charts for data analysis. Handle daily computer operations and troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues. Maintain records, files, and documentation in digital and paper formats. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting. Ensure data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills:



Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Formulas). Knowledge of

MS Word

,

PowerPoint

, and

Email handling

. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications:



Minimum

12th Pass

or

Graduate

in any stream.

Diploma/Certificate

in Computer Applications preferred.

Preferred Attributes:



Prior experience as a computer operator or data entry operator. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹11,167.62 - ₹12,000.00 per month
