Your tasks and responsibilities shall include the following but not limited to: Overall Management of the project offices o Implement office policies o Implement standard and procedures Organize office operation and procures Monitor and record of all documents Control Correspondence Prepare and maintain supply requisitions Liase with other offices and client office Maintain and upkeep office equipment, project files and records Anticipate needed supplies and verify recipients of supply Maintain project related records including contacts and change orders Maintain timesheets for work related to the project. Any other work which has been assigned by the Team Leader /Project Manager/ ADAG / DAG or as per the instructions of Client from time to time. InDesign, sketch up, photoshop, Adobe suit of software
