Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jewellery Software Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, inventory records, and software operations related to jewellery manufacturing, sales, and stock management. The candidate should be familiar with jewellery-specific software and have basic knowledge of jewellery terminology, weights, and purity.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate data related to jewellery items, including gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones Operate jewellery-specific software for: Stock & inventory management Purchase and sales entries Job work (karigar) records Tagging and barcode management Maintain records of weights (gross, net, stone), purity, wastage, and making charges Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments for data accuracy Ensure timely updating of inward/outward stock movements Backup data regularly and maintain confidentiality of business information Assist in software troubleshooting and coordinate with IT/support teams if required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Experience with jewellery software (e.g., Gati, Ornet, JewelSoft,or similar ERP systems) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word) Understanding of jewellery terms, weights, and purity standards Good typing speed and data accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience

1-3 years of experience as a computer operator in a jewellery firm preferred Freshers with relevant software knowledge may also apply
