We are looking for a

Computer Operator / DTP Operator

who can efficiently manage data entry, document formatting, and report generation. The ideal candidate should have

good communication skills

,

fast typing speed

, and

strong knowledge of MS Excel

with basic understanding of

ERP systems

.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

Prepare and design official documents, reports, certificates, and circulars using MS Office

Generate Excel-based reports, charts, and data summaries for management.

Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of data.

Requirements:

Any Graduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in

MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

.

Basic understanding of

ERP software

and database entry.

Typing speed:

Minimum 30-40 wpm

with accuracy.

1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
