System Monitoring & Management

: Oversee system performance, run application scans, and react to error messages or alerts.

Data Operations

: Initiate programs, manage data processing, and perform daily backups to prevent data loss.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and address user problems.

Maintenance

: Conduct preventive maintenance, install updates, manage security patches, and maintain equipment.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate logs, run procedures, and update operational manuals.

User Support

: Assist internal and external users with computer-related inquiries and requests.

Security & Compliance

: Implement security protocols, manage access, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
