on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for data entry, record maintenance, report preparation, and day-to-day computer-related office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Work efficiently on MS Word, Excel, and other office applications
Handle emails and online portal-related tasks
Assist in IT and operational support activities at the Command & Control Center
Execute tasks assigned by senior officers in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality of official data and records
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
12th Pass / Graduate
from a recognized board or university
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator (preferred)
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of
English and Hindi typing
Basic understanding of internet usage and email communication
Ability to work in a government office environment

Good time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Willingness to work on a contractual, project-based assignment
