Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all computer systems and terminals. Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep computer systems running smoothly. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly. Coordinate with the IT department to resolve hardware or software problems. Keep a log of all technical issues and their resolutions. Update and manage database records. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues. Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role. Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Freshers can Apply. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
