Job Description

Utilize Microsoft Excel to input, organize, and analyze land data, including parcel sizes, zoning regulations, and market trends. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track and calculate land valuation metrics such as comparable sales, price per acre, and land use potential. Generate detailed reports in Microsoft Word summarizing land valuation findings and presenting analysis in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with land valuation team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and reports. Conduct quality checks on data inputs and calculations to ensure consistency and reliability of valuation results. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive land valuation information in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. Should also have good typing skills.
