Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately enter and maintain records for inventory, customer information, and sales.
Inventory:
Update and track jewellery stock, performing regular audits.
Reporting:
Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and stock.
Support:
Assist with general office tasks and ensure computer systems are running correctly.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
Good data management skills and attention to detail
Basic computer operations and MS Office knowledge
Graduate in any stream (Excel certification preferred)
