Assist the Assistant Registrar in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Prepare, draft, and format official letters, memos, circulars, and notices.
Maintain physical and digital records, files, and confidential documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
Coordinate with departments, faculty, and administrative sections for timely information flow.
Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
Track deadlines, pending approvals, and follow up on assigned tasks.
Assist in data entry, report preparation, and documentation for university records.
Maintain registers, attendance records, and leave management of staff (if required).
