Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor computer systems, software, and hardware efficiently Perform accurate

data entry, processing, and verification

tasks Generate and manage system reports, print jobs, and daily backups Track system performance and promptly escalate any technical issues Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records for operations Support the team in maintaining

data security and accuracy

Requirements

Basic proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
