Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator & Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of

MS Office

, particularly

MS Word and Excel

, and the ability to handle back office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate computers and maintain data entry systems efficiently. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. Input accurate data into spreadsheets, databases, and systems. Manage and organize office documents using MS Word and Excel. Maintain office files, records, and documentation. Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel formulas. Support the back-office operations including billing, documentation, and record keeping. Respond to emails and maintain internal communication. Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Key Skills Required:



Proficient in

MS Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong typing and data entry skills Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information Organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field Prior experience in data entry or back office roles is an advantage Basic knowledge of database or accounting software is a plus
