Carry out all data entry related work for the assigned area of the section/department.
Learn and understand all the software that is being used in the hospital.
Reviewing all documents whose data is to be entered to ensure that they are legible & complete.
Typing, proofing and reviewing all documents before as well as after typing.
As and when required to interpret dictation and/or make use of professional reference materials for enabling proper data entry.
Listening to recordings as and when required and entering data accordingly without making any grammatical mistakes or any other mistakes.
Combining data from multiple sources like patients records, test reports, scanning reports, etc to ensure that complete data record is properly created.
To prepare all sorts of presentations, graphics, word documents, excel sheets and other computer related work as may be assigned from time to time.
To ensure that all patient records are entered accurately and ensure no mistakes occur.
To ensure that all files and folders (in soft copy) are recorded properly and information pertaining to the location of the same (in the computer) is available with his/her superiors.
To resolve all minor software related issues and ensure no stoppage in the data entry work.
From time to time carry out scanning of important documents, files, etc. and ensure that the same is recorded in the prescribed manner.
To ensure that all data is kept confidential and safe and secure and access to the same is only to the authorized persons as sanctioned by superiors.
Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time by their immediate superiors/Directors.
