Key Responsibilities:
Create, design, and print
certificates
using
MS Word
templates.
Manage and format documents in
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
.
Perform accurate
data entry
and maintain digital and printed records.
Ensure proper file naming, saving, and backup of important documents.
Collaborate with internal departments to collect and verify data for certificates and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of documents and information.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official letters as needed.
Handle printing, scanning, and emailing of documents.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS Office-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a
Computer Operator
or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is
mandatory
.
Certificate in MS-CIT
or equivalent computer literacy course.
Good understanding of formatting, styles, templates, and layout design in MS Word.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Basic communication skills in English.
