We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as
Computer Operator
. The role involves assisting customers with various government form-filling services such as Shop Act Registration, Udyam Registration, Rent Agreement, Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, PAN Card, and more. Candidates with prior experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibility:
Assist customers in filling and submitting government forms (e.g., Shop Act, Udyam, Rent Agreement, PAN Card, Income & Domicile Certificates, etc.)
Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Operate MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
Guide customers through online procedures and document requirements.
Provide clear and professional customer support.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling customer information.
Manage basic computer tasks, internet research, and form submissions.
Coordinate with internal staff and government portals to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualification Required
: Minimum - 12th Pass (HSC)
