Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Computer Operator

with strong hands-on experience in

Jewels Software

to manage production-related data entry, job sheets, WIP updates, and coordination with multiple departments. The candidate must be detail-oriented, fast in data entry, and responsible for managing accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities1. Jewels Software Operations

Enter all production data accurately in

Jewels Software

on daily basis. Manage job creation, job closing, routing, WIP updates, and material movement entries. Prepare and update production sheets, job cards, and daily reports through the software. Ensure all data is recorded correctly for smooth production flow.

2. Production Coordination

Follow up on pending jobs and update status in the software. Share job lists and reports with PPC, Production Manager, and department heads.

3. Record Management

Maintain proper digital & physical records of job sheets, issue slips, receipt slips, and consumption reports. Track material movement: gold, stones, diamonds, findings, and components. Ensure reconciliation and error-free documentation in every process.

4. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily production reports, pending job summaries, and WIP statements. Generate required MIS data for management. Provide timely updates for new jobs, urgent jobs, and repair jobs.

5. Support & Data Accuracy

Ensure ZERO error in entries and maintain high data accuracy. Maintain confidentiality of production and product data.

Skills & Competencies Required

Must have minimum 2 years experience with Jewels Software (mandatory)

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication & coordination skills Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail Understanding of jewellery production workflow (preferred)

Eligibility

Minimum Graduate Minimum

2 years of experience in Jewels Software

Jewellery industry experience is

mandatory
